WE code, a return-to-work initiative in collaboration with [AnitaB.org India](https://anitabindia.org/#), provides tailored support, mentorship and opportunities for Indian women to thrive and excel in the dynamic field of technology. By actively bridging the gender gap in tech, WE code promotes Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), fostering a more diverse and inclusive workplace culture and contributing to more equitable representation within the industry.
