What you'll do

As an associate recruiter, you will:

  • Identify and attract top talent to fill our clients' hiring needs 

  • Build relationships with professionals within the IT or digital and creative space 

  • Network with job seekers to learn their respective skill sets and career goals to match them with great opportunities 

  • Equip talent with hiring tips and tricks to secure their next career opportunity
